Shipping Info: Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 working days or less. National shipping within Germany for one CD is at 2,50€ uninsured (usually next-day delivery, includes packaging-costs). Please send me a note if you wish to order a CD with traceable, insured national shipping within Germany (add another 2,50€ for p&p). Costs for international postage and packaging outside of Germany is at 4€ for a CD (using Deutsche Post/DHL). Shipping-time for international orders may vary depending on the buyer's location and is not under my control.
Return Policy: With physical CD-releases shipping-risk is on the buyer. Postage is not covered by insurance, but if you wish insured shipping with tracking-number at twice the shipping-cost, you can get in touch with me and we can have that arranged as well. Orders including several CDs (3 or more) shipped to a single address will always be sent insured with tracking-number via DHL. In case of damages or losses it is the buyer's responsability to make his claims towards the shipping-company. No refunds or replacement-shipments are possible with these low-volume, short-run limited edition CDs. However if you have encountered any sort of trouble with the goods, you may always hit me up with a message and I am sure that we may come to an arrangement somehow.
